So I just found the solution, not very user friendly but it works. I have MSI laptop and for who knows why Nahimic software audio is cousin this. Had to crash several times UE until I found out finally. So now every time I wan’t to use color picker I have to close Nahimic software it’s strange how these programs has anything in common I don’t know, and It’s still unknown is it really UE bug, maybe it’s Nahimic software written badly
