In this old post it was recommended to change some settings in the saved config.
However, this hasn’t worked for me. I solved this issue by simply deleting “Saved” folder.
But be careful - deleting Saved deletes some editor settings. It will probably not mess with your project, only local editor settings.
You can try deleting different subfolders in Saved to narrow down where exactly this setting lies.
