How to report a bug?

I’d like to post one to issues.unrealengine.com, both for Unreal Engine:

…and an Epic website:

I see unrealbugsubmissions.epicgames.com/s, but do not know whether reports submitted via it become publicly available, which I want. Likewise, I see the topic-specific templates on this Discourse instance’s /new-topic, but they’re not for UE.

Ah, unrealengine.com/en-US/support/report-a-bug states:

  1. If you have all of the information that Epic will need to reproduce and investigate the issue, you can use the Unreal Engine Bug Submission Form to file a report.

  2. If your issue is reproduced, Epic will create a bug report on their internal system which can be tracked on the Unreal Engine Issues site.
