How to reduce noise and get better rendering with Lumen in 5.5

Hello, I am making an automotive rendering for fun and wondering if there is a way to reduce the noise I get with my render.

In this part we can see noise in the light area on the ceiling (at the center we see it better in the full video on youtube link below), is spot light that are lighting this part in movable nothing specific here.
The most annoying is not the noise really, is that is moving so we can see it.

Here we can see in the blue car body, some noise artefact that are fixe in the screen space, I don’t see that in the viewport before rendering

Here is the right, the plant get bad Depth of Field

If anyone have idea to get better quality render on this specific point I am really interested
Thank you

Here is my rendering Settings

Hi, to solve some of your problems will help to set the anti-aliasing method to TSR , the parameter None works strangely with Lumen, and the antialiasing settings can be tried, using this antialiasing feeling is that increasing the parameter does not give much result.
Spatial sample 1
Temporal sample 32

Hello and thank you for your answer, I have tried with this parameters, but does not seems to change much

Sorry it didn’t work, recently saw this video, try it out and see if it helps.

Thanks it’s Interesting, I will have a look during the week-end
