How to download 5.1 from GitHub?

Hello, I need to download the original 5.1 version from GitHub. How would I do that? I made a GitHub account. Went to the UE GitHub page but could not get in. I made a screen grab below of what I see when I tried to get into GitHub. Reason: 5.1.1 is crashing all my projects made in 5.1.
