Hello, I’m new with the Unreal Engine 4 and I want to experiment with it. I downloaded the installer and I want to install it on an USB-stick, but I can’t install it on the stick, because it says: “Installation directory must be on a local hard drive” Can you install it on an USB-stick and how?

Hi Finntastic, UE4 is not a portable program. It needs to be installed locally so it can work properly with your operating system. However you can install it locally but move your project to a USB/External drive and transport them that way. Cheers, TJ
