How to fix this phantom reflections?

Is it also visible in Play mode?
If yes, Check for light bleeds, Cover this set up with other meshes outside this setup - like enclose all this setup in a box where the walls (cuboids) could/must intersect each other, so that no external light bleeds into your setup in the video.
If not, Check lumen settings/bake light, Play with shadow bias, light collect bias (unsure about the right name) and other variables in your various light sources.
