Is this [DEP] Backend dependency returned unexpected error errors.com.epicgames.content-service.operation_forbidden the same issue you’re running into? (They mention a fix there with rebuilding the HLOD’s. But, I’m not sure if that’s the problem you’re having) I would consider posting a over in the Issues and Bug Reporting area of that forum if it persists.
