Both of those requests are available in RealityCapture.
You can export Ground Control (Point) from the ALIGNMENT tab in the section Export.
The XML files are still available to users and are located in the same directory as in the previous versions. The default directory is:
C:\Program Files\Capturing Reality\RealityCapture
