Hello, I created this effect by simply drawing out splines for the traffic to flow along. Then, using fairly simple collision detection, move each car along the curve. If it detects something ahead, slow down etc… You can see my attempt here: UE4 TRAFFIC WIP 01 - YouTube Hope this helps!
