how do I put the asset in the folder I need?

I downloaded the asset. I want to transfer it to the project. I’m transferring it to the right folder. I create an object in the world from this asset and there are no materials on it, everything is gray. if you place this asset in the content folder, then everything works. why is this so and how do I put the asset in the folder I need?

let’s take the bandit camp folder. if you put any mesh into the world from it, then materials will automatically be applied to it. but if you move the folder somewhere else (for example, in assets), then all the meshes(from bandit camp folder) will appear gray in the world.

I’m not sure what are you referring to. Is it asset import? Like copying a file in file explorer?
Migrating an asset from another project or crating new blueprint?

Please be more precise and attach a screenshots or video because from this description I don’t understand what do you mean
