I’ve just bought assets on fab that show up in my fab library but not in my epic launcher library. I’ve returned to unreal engine after a a couple of years away and it was nice to just buy things on the marketplace and then be able to use them straight away without any special set up. Anyway, can anyone tell me how to link the two so I can access the assets I’ve just bought. Thanks
Hi Jakey,
Be sure you’re logged into the launcher and fab with the same account.
‘Refreshing’ The Library does not work?
I’m noticing a message “To see your complete Fab Library visit Fab.com” … so I think that implies there could be assets that do not show in the UE Launcher.
What did you buy on Fab?
I checked with one of the ‘Limited Time Free’ packs and those do show as expected.
How do I properly link my FAB library with my Epic Launcher library to ensure compatibility and avoid symbol conflicts during runtime?
Thanks for that, I’ve just finished a session using unreal engine five so I’m gonna eat something, but after that I’ll try this thanks. I’ve been away from unreal engine for about four years, the last project I worked on was in 14.24, and it was a bit of a giant that took six years
What is the correct way to link my FAB library with the Epic Launcher library in my project? Are there specific settings or configurations I need to apply?
