Unfortunately, this isn’t really the place to get into this particular product- the Convai Metahuman is an addon DISTRIBUTED through Fab- but Epic didn’t create it. The GOOD NEWS is… Convai (the creator) has their own forum! I’d ask around there to see what you can do!
