How can I install Unreal Engine 4. When I already have 5

I can see your picture but I use the drop-down labelled to install from the list of available binary distributions.
I regularly install and remove in any order in the picture below

Prior versions are obtained by clicking on the drop-down below

The 5.0 Preview binary is available and using the same above in the dropdown list will be “5.0 Preview x” where x is the latest BINARY version like “2”
