How Can i add Event on Widget on 5.5 Version

Hey Guys im new on UE and wanted to make some works on Main Menu Preparation and tutorial i was watching was at 5.2 Version,it added a few option like “Onclicked” on tab,but when i opened it,it told me to change the widget on “flexible” how do i do that?
The Tab that guy had:

Not sure what this means, tbh.

Is the button flagged as isVariable?
