HLOD build problem

When building my HLODs, it often takes a long time, especially when building new meshes for the first time. When I use the cmd prmpt to try and build the HLODs, I get the following error.

LogShaderCompilers: Error: ShaderCompileWorker terminated unexpectedly, return code -1073741819! Falling back to directly compiling which will be very slow. Thread 1.

When I check the logs I get the following:

LogWindows: Warning: Failed to set completion port for job object “UE.ShaderCompileWorker.JobGroup”: The parameter is incorrect.

Can any one please explain what can be the reason behind the error, and how I can fix it? AI says it might be due to shader compilation, corrupted asset, running out of memory, or windows API problem, or Unreal Engine version problem. I am using Unreal Engine 5.5.4 on Windows 11. Using World Partition.
