if you're still having issues with this, please submit a bug report at https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page and be sure to share a copy of the ArchiCAD and Twinmotion files you are working with so our support team can assist. I also recommend taking a video of the issue so it is easier to understand exactly what might be going wrong when trying to resync your model.
