Delete the description of your mod, then try again.
The description in the cook/upload screen will cause this issue. I don’t know what does it specifically, but I believe it’s something to do with special characters. For instance, if you have a " character in your description, every letter and character up until the one before the " will be added to the workshop page, but everything after is not included and becomes omitted.
