in my opinion, the best place to start learning Unreal Engine is this:
- Unreal Engine Learning Library (https://dev.epicgames.com/community/unreal-engine/learning
- Unreal Engine Documentation (https://dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/unreal-engine-5-4-documentation
for example if you are transitioning from other engines this is the best place to start (IMO)
