Hello Neighbor: An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-HelloNeighborReborn

I managed to fix this myself:

Go to:
C:\Users\AppData\Local\

rename anything to do with HelloNeighbor, HelloNeighborReborn to oldHelloNeighbor, oldHelloNeighborReborn for example

My game now loads!
