Not sure if ram is the issue. I have only 8 gb and haven’t had any ram related issues exporting.
Usually if there is an issue I can fix it by deleting the saved, intermediate and build folders from my project folder.
Upon reload ue4 will automatically regenerate these files. Try it out.
