Do you probably have friends or a brother/sister which is interested in programming? Testing hacking skills on a “real” target is the best practice -> you dont know how often my brother tested some stuff with my PC without that I knew it 
Btw, download “super anti spyware” and start a scan -> this program finds nearly every trojan/maleware/…
