i guess he doesn’t want to talk about settings (lightmass/foliage…). He just wants to show us his project’s pictures.
wow, these renders are awesome. well done mate!
books look floating in last render though.
I agreed with you but he doesn’t. He continues to paste pictures and waits congratulations.
Hey don’t you see what people wrote except congratulations?
Wow great work! Are those foliage? The trees use dynamic light?
Beautiful Work. Really impressive. Keep Motivating.
trying to recreate your material for the grass. i am using the speedtree hero grass for the purpose of testing.so i figured your network except the world position part.
in ue 4.14 i cant locate the “WorldCoords -XY” expression but there is “WorldPosition- XY” how did you use that? and what is the texture that u r usind right after? i guess it is for wind like some kind of rgb wind?
also it will be great if you can tell a bit on your lighting process
thx and great work.
I really like the photos you’re taking, what camera are you using?
Great work!
This is not for wind, it is to add some randomness to the lawn height. Notice that he is using only the red channel of that texture which results in a black and white noise-like texture. Than he multiplies it by VertexNormalWS node to make sure that “altura_01” and “altura_02” parameters are affecting grass mesh height on its vertex Z axis (which should be about up and down if you generated it in SpeedTree and didn’t messed up with lighting parameters there). If you try different textures for that purpose and combine it with diffuse, you can achieve a variety of results with the same grass mesh like this ArtStation - Backyard Grass
Wow! You’re going to be an expert for exterior
Awesome stuff! Your exterior lighting looks amazing. Going to study that grass material later on, because i always have problems with grass shading
I always use Kite Demo’s grass in my projects it’s free and good enough…
