I realize running a laptop is not ideal as cooling is not as good as a desktop but I run it on a cooling pad with 3 fans whenever I run these projects and it has worked “reasonably” well previously.
My machine is a dog compared to that! i7-2820 @ 2.3 Ghz, 24gb ram, Nvidia Quadro 1000M, pulling off my external drive from a USB 3.0 port. :oops:
