I remember seeing crashes like this in the past. It was solved by deleting the Paks folder. (Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Content\Paks) and then re-verifying Fortnite files. (In launcher - Right-Click on Fortnite → Manage → Verify Files) - This should re-download the (what I assume to be corrupted) pak file.
