@Elynole I think you just became my idol. Not because of your most excellent “detailed” post, although that in itself is worthy of praise, but rather for demonstrating amazing patience and super-humanity through willingness to reach out and help someone who through attitude alone rendered themselves not worthy of help.
I feel belittled by your graciousness and my earlier sarcasm in response to this individual now seems a lot less clever than it felt when I first responded. I think I learned something today and it wasn’t about project management.
