Tried to open the project , says I need substance, which I get , then says I need another blueprint library plugin “Low entry ext” plugin, (which is free), but says my project needs to be C++ project to compile it , but mine is blueprint project.

simply remove the dependency of LowEntry and Substance too. I use them in a Bp only project too, but within a C++ plugin, and these plugins are not included.
