Don’t worry. They are still available. I was just experiencing some kind of weird glitch for a short while. I just went to one of the other IB packs on the Marketplace, grabbed it, went back to the Effects pack and Presto! It was available for me to grab. So yea, the pack is still there waiting for you, .
