Find it inside the Game UI Folder > Weapon Panels >
Inside the folder:
• Version 1
Which contains 1 set of blue and a 1 set of white text on a clear background with white accents.
NOTE
These panels are .png files and allows you layer it on top of a solid color background or animated background to it enhance its presence!
