I am a young developer using the unreal engine, here is my problem:
I use the “Free For The Month” a lot for my creations, having a very small budget and not yet being able to pretend to become professional, it helps me a lot.
So I get them every month if I have access to the Internet, however for the month of October I had to make a bad manipulation and apparently the basket containing these 10 Packs of free assets was not validated and I unfortunately saw this too late.
So I wanted to know if it was still possible to recover them, in this month of end-of-year confinement it would be a really appreciated gesture.
I have already sended my request to every email adress of Epic Games I can find on internet, but the only answer I have is from a bot who say to go ask here.
