Why not publish it to Unreal Market?
It was sent to UE4 Marketplace but not selected to publish 
You can distribute at Gumroad for free… It’s not the same as Marketplace, but you can have make it as a plugin there…

HELP please!!! i cant open the project anymore after i put the folder inside the plugins folder, I activated the plugin and restarted the editor now this shows up
You probably downloaded source code from branch and tried to open in Blueprint-only project. Please download precompiled version from “releases” tab: Releases · gameDNAstudio/AndroidManifestConfigurator · GitHub

Can we compress .apk size by using this plugin if then how to use it please… I am a noob in unreal and I am creating a android game and I am getting huge size when packaging. I have tried all tricks on unreal forums it decreased a littlie bit of it. please someone help me with this
