Years later i have this same issue. Nobody replied to you 
I downloaded a free animation pack and every one of the animations lock except one of them, which is odd because that singular one is intended for a blendspace and its just a crawl left, which is basically a mirror of crawl right. Its all just a bunch of crawling animations. Did the person who made these mess something up?
