Hopefully someone can make some suggestions. I am fairly new to this and am currently playing around making a multiplayer game with the ability to switch between first and third person. In the third person view the camera is free rotating around the player and in first person it rotates. The issue I am having is with the Yaw, I have hidden the first person mesh and left the third person mesh visible for other players, however when I am in first person mode the mouse pitch causes the third person pitch to change, basically making the mesh go horizontal when looking down. I have a work around of using the event tick to set the pitch and roll of the third person mesh to 0 but was hoping there was a better way.
If the above is the best/only way if someone can help with the third person mesh moving forward and back when the first person camera is rotated.
I have been playing around this this for 2 days and this was the best way I could find to implement the first to third toggle.
