yes…only in first time “development editor”
the 2nd time when you use development solution run build only

rebuild ( development editor OK) → how run UE4? button Launch in VS2013 or folder Engine → UE4Editor?

openUnrealEngine-4.0\Engine\Binaries\Win64 you will find it here “UE4Editor.exe”

I am create new default blank, test

open one of template project should be better for fast test…and remember , don’t close the engine while building development solution…I don’t know why…but this works for me very well

I downloading files GitHub → unzip files in one folder (Unreal engine -4.0 ->Required_1of2 → Required_2of2 and Optional) → run VS2013 open project UE4.sln → Rebuild UE4.sln → open UE4Editor create new project Blank and Compiling shades error, me bad , me veeery bad.
