"Fab will not support open-text reviews or questions sections"

Nice how in May 2025 this still the same as before launch.

No visible reviews to the user to consider what it is going to buy. Just a random 4.5 Start, that you can’t read anything about what is good and what is bad, what a shame.

For a dev this is like a 1 day process, at most if you really want to add all the new “database” migrations, possibility for rollbacks, separated backend api and finally front end, two of two weeks sprints, aka a month, would be enough.

Yeah, it’s very clear that no one on the FAB team has any experience with web development, let alone web UX design.
The “progress” they have made so far since the release would have been finished by a competent web dev in a week or two tops, not more than 8 months..

I guess there is a reason why Epic is having job offerings for professional web devs and UX designers open now.

On their “List of known issues” many issues get for months a “No new update at this time.” status.

I just bought a product that has AI generated content. It was so bad in places that it is clear that the “artist” did not even check his own images. This is not a store, its a dump for AI generated garbage. Not allowing text reviews and a minimum requirement of 5 “reviews” have convinced me that this was my first, and my last purchase from fab.com. This isn’t fabulous by a long shot.

Agreed. If I do choose to purchase anything I look for a discord link and talk to people there before buying. Its the only closest thing left to Q&A.

Agreed , It is really beneficial to have options for questions and reviews. Right now sellers have little to be accountable for and some you cannot even contact , and if you do by email , often they don’t even reply.

How has your business been since you commented in this thread? Doing as well as you expected? Better? I hope so. I don’t do business with people who hate their customers. It sounds like you only ever have negative interactions with them. I don’t think that’s common among sellers. Is that a customer problem, or a you problem? Maybe go to the beach and ask yourself that. When’s the last time you really laughed and had a nice day?

I truly wish you the best. Maybe you should consider getting a life coach or going outside more to touch grass. Hang out more with friends. I hope you get it figured out. There’s a better way to live life than to be a thorn in others’ sides. There, I’m done “crying” now.
