Epic Launchera update has arrived and is no longer accessible (Fab UE Pluging). I tried everything but it doesnāt work

I too have the same problems guys , I used to have FAB but then updated my launcher because methahuman animator plugin wasnāt working anymore, so now no more fab plugin the vault, a lot of my vault cache download are gone from the epic games launcher , very weird, also download unreal 5.5 thinking it might be integrated by default such as they did with Bridge in later versions but no luck and refreshed, restarted the EGL , my pc ,cleared cache, still no FAB plugin ā¦and everything on library on web is not on EGL.
guess itās a bug for all of us

Summary
I recently installed the FAB plugin when it was released, and everything was working fine until today. Now, about 90% of my marketplace content no longer appears in my Epic Games launcher/vault/fab library. When I search for a specific item on the FAB website, it still shows as āowned,ā but Iām unable to install any assets or find it in the epic launcher fab library.
Even the fab plugin is no longer available to download and or install (although it was already installed a few days ago)
A similar issue occurred when FAB first launched, and it seemed to take time to propagate to the launcher. However, today it seems to have reset, and I canāt access any of my owned assets.
What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce
Open EPIC launcher and look under FAB library. The vast majority of assets are no longer available to install or download.
Expected Result
To see, download and install ALL my owned assets
Observed Result
Only a handful of assets are showing

yeah me too, it was working fine days ago, then updated launcher cause one plugin wasnāt showing in my vault, and then even FAB plugin is not showing anymore,
Tried:
-refreshing
-updating to 5.5
-changing accounts with a friend
-reinstalled both epic games launcher and both unreal engine 5.4, 5.5
-restarted them both, cleared cache, restarted PCā¦
Please epic , we have clients there we need to work and deliver on time, at least quixel bridge was fine before all thisā¦Please fix this guys

even fab plugin is not there anymore, this morning (for my place at least) it was still there.

thatās what bothers me :/ā¦ already jobs are not super easy to get in 2024, and if you get one and Fab decides to bug, kind of unpleasant to deal with that when you have a client and deadlineā¦

The situation at Epic Games Launcher on MACOS today:
ive got some updates of EGL and FAB during this week butā¦
Now there are totally !nothing at my library and reload button is not working. reload EGL also not changing anything.
Something is on the way I hope 
This doesnt work for me.
Bought a new PC, installed UE5, logged in with my account but all my plugins arenāt listed in my library.
I refreshed the library, nothing happens. I downloaded on Fab some plugins, nothing happens. Ive reinstalled UE5, but i have the same issue that none of my plugins (the one i bought before Fab and the new downloaded) appear in the library in the Epic Games Launcher.

Same here. I have tried to reinstall the engine and the launchers a few times, moved the VaultCache and nothing seams to fix it.
Hope this gets fixes ASAP as I cant work as i need to intstall pluing. Makes me want to install pluin pr project not at engine level.
Same issue! been getting looped all day from customer support, each time being asked to follow a link and fill in the same support form! Absolute joke!!!
Same issue here, it seems that there may be an issue on the epic server side as i can also only see the asset packs in my vault, not all purchased.
Iām able to update the packs in my vault, so there is a connection going on.
iv not downloaded the FAB plugin before so this is another thing i have no access to. due to this and the madness of having a website based system that doesnāt let you download directly, Iām completely locked out of all my purchased content!!!
Thousands of pounds and thousands of asset packs un accessible!
not sure how long the issue has been going on for as iv not needed to pull any new packs for a few weeks!
also tried full re installs, clearing caches and everything customer support had to offer. no luck!

I have tried everything to get the plugin and nothing works
- Reinstalled Launcher
- Update and accept terms and conditions everywhere
- Accept cookies.
- Click Fab Library Update button over and over (the plugin doesnāt appear on my library)
- Try to see the plugin on my library on web and is not available
- Try to go and install the plugin directly from an Unreal Project, and itās not available on any version of Unreal (including the most current ones like 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5).
I bought a ton of assets, have been a consumer of Epic Store for so long that My Library is as big as +800 assets and thousand of dollars. I can only see less than 20% of my Library on the Launcher! (and of course when I go to the Fab web the only way to grab the assets is to go to my launcher and have all this issues again).
This is crazy, I donāt see a way to solve it but waiting and I really need some of my old assets!
