Beyond 2FA session expiration… The broken Captcha is a really urgent issue. Especially as Epic forces users to log-in twice to get to the Forums and FAB. So, why is there no shared login session between both? Its double trouble when the Captcha is so awful. Epic need to look at how other services use Captcha without issues (can send examples by DM). Meanwhile, presenting users with an error message like: ‘Incorrect response’ / refresh page’. Seriously, NOT helpful Epic. Please trash the Captcha and just send 2FA codes for everything.
