It sounds like you’re experiencing this bug - It should be fixed tonight in the 34.20 patch (tonight).
You might want to also hook up a HUD message device to the accolade trigger, since after publishing you’ll need to wait for XP to ‘calibrate’ before seeing the popups in the published version.
