Everytime I am opening a project, the screen keeps flickering and when I click on anything Unreal Engine crashes

Hey there @DSchultz2000! Welcome to the community! So the nvwgf2umx portion of this error refers to an Nvidia graphical dll. So more than likely it’s related to GPU settings or drivers.
