when im in lit everything jus tbecomes invisible textures wont load and when im in unlit i can just look trough some objects

It looks vaguely reminiscent of this issue I worked with another user years ago where the Near Clip Plane was set to 0:
If that is not the case, let’s step through some of the standard trobleshooting.
Are your viewport settings when in lit, defaulted and still producing this issue?
Does this apply to all levels in this project?

yepp it was near clip plane set to 0 OOF
