Every window and tooltip frame is transformed into Viewport 1.

Every tooltip frame and every window replicates my viewport 1 scene instead of the content it should show. The bugged viewport duplicate is cropped to fit the original resolution of the tooltip/frame. Can someone explain what is happening?

SOLVED: The cause for the viewport bug was Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA), a setting in NVIDIA Control Panel which was turned ON. It needs to be OFF for UE (or globally).
