Event Tick not fired in standalone mode but fired in PIE ?

Hi! I use remote control api to control object’s rotation. While I running in standalone mode on editor, I send a put request to remote control api server, the interesting is the rotation of object in edit changed, but the rotation of object in standalone mode not changed, why ?
