It’s not obvious, but the function name in the query itself should be separated by a space.
In your example: “My Function”
https://myaddress/remote/preset/MyRemotePreset/function/My Function
Don’t ask me why 
But I think it’s because of the way Unreal handles blueprint function names.
FYI You don’t need to put the preset on the level.
