Checking around the community, a very similar issue was encountered in the thread below, please try their methods for your scenario:
As for the “badsize” warning, it means that your player actor is inside the terrain’s collision. In order to resolve that, you need to rebuild/re-generate the landscape’s collision. A quick fix for that would be to modify Collision Mil Level, and change it back, which should refresh the collision. If you need to rebuild it from scratch, please check the video guide below:
