Today I noticed this demo which was made by Epic in the Coming Soon section of teh marketplace:

Description:

This package contains all the assets used in the cave portion of Epic’s 2014 “Soul” demo. The demo has been retooled in order to create the most robust asset pack possible. This pack is great for any cave scene and contains some light sci-fi touhces as well.
