Sorry about the delay, but I’ve been trying to get a better read on the possible issue here. The Engine Source option might not be the cause this error since the editor itself is only calling to the binary to open it up as I understand it. If you’re still able to use the binary directly I’d recommend that in the meantime.
The solution is to use the elimination method and download an option first. Until you succeed, then check another option until you succeed. If the installation is completed after a one-time download, if there is an error, then only all the downloaded options can be cleared, which is a waste of time, so the method of installing one part of the download and then downloading another part is the most scientific method at present
Amazing work finding a workaround! I’ve still been unable to determine exactly what’s causing that, but it’s seeming to be having some form of race condition where concurrently installing all of the components for your system specifically is failing. That’s a tough one to determine the cause of for sure. If you’d be so inclined, submitting a report may help others in the future if the team can figure out what could be causing it!
