I think I have found the solution, at least in my case for now, because when I saw the announcement of the Odissey plugin, I decided to download it, but it wouldn’t download, from then on the launcher started to crash, now, after 5 hours, as soon as I entered the launcher, in the Unreal Engine tab, in Downloads, I noticed that I had the Odissey plugin download queued, I canceled the download, and the launcher no longer crashes.
