Hey all, there is good info on removing the ‘preview’ txt from the viewport but it still shows in an exported render via matinee… I know one has to build lighting to remove this but i really want to avoid simply because I’m using UE4 for ArchViz… and changing static lights to dynamic isn’t the bette…

It is actually just a material in /Engine/EditorMaterials called PreviewShadowIndicatorMaterial You will need to Tick '‘Show Engine Content’ in the view options of the Content Browser then use the sources panel to navigate to the location. Regards Clarity

Nope. UE won’t start up if it can’t find that material.
