The vanilla dragon can be summoned via commands, but it will not behave like a normal Dino, and it will despawn after a period of time. It has a very limited/specific default AI and will need a new one built to be able to function like a dino, as what was done with the various Dragon mods available.
This is the same with all four boss NPC’s.
