Does everyone need the plugin?

So i have a project hosted through a git repository, the other people on the project don’t have the same plugin purchased that i have. Do they need to buy the same plugin to work with the project through the git repository or is there a work around for this?

Purchased plugins are tied to your Epic account. If they don’t have it they won’t be able to use it unless they buy it themselves. However, I’d check the plugin license and see if it allows redistribution within a team(Should be on the license terms on the plugins marketplace page).
